Wow, been a while since I looked at this... Trudging through Olympic graphics and other bits n bobs right now. Bit of a low profile gig this time round but nice to be involved in yet another one.

Very inspired/humbled by the background stories I've had to read on Paralympic athletes. Amazing how many multi-medal winners we have. With media full of would-be heroes it irks me that the real heroes rarely get a mention...

Clear thinking

One place that has always been able to clear my head is by the water. 

Knowing what can relax you when your head's tying itself in knots can be an invaluable tool in anyone's armoury.

So I figure it's as good a place as any to start this blog.
